Chicken Jambalaya

Tbsp Olive oil
Bag of Chicken strips
1 Onion
2 Peppers
1 clove of Garlic
2 bags Uncooked rice
500ml chicken stock
1 Can Chopped tomatoes
Tomato puree
Tabasco sauce

How to prepare
Pour oil into a large pan with a lid. Stir in the onion, peppers for two minutes. 
Add chicken strips and uncooked rice to the pan.
Add chicken stock and bring to boil.
Cover and simmer for 20mins.
Remove lid, stir in chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and Tabasco sauce to taste for five minutes.
